Giving Institute November Board Meetings PLEASE READ: NEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION Per the July 2025 Board approved resolution, - One Voting Director (or designate if Voting Director is unable to attend) from each member current firm (as named by each firm) can register for the November and March meetings at no charge. Please use the code Voting25 at checkout.
- Additional registrants from the same member firm will be charged $500 per person to help cover hotel meeting space and food & beverage expenses incurred by the Giving Institute.
- All registrants that attend the offsite dinner event must purchase a ticket during the registration process. This event is currently being organized. We will communicate to all registrants when it is ready for purchase.
Hotel Update: The discounted group rate at the Westin River North has now closed, but rooms may still be available at the hotel’s current rates. We encourage attendees to contact the hotel directly to check availability and book accommodations.

PoliciesRefunds, minus a $50 administrative fee for all events for which a fee was charged, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before October 14, 2025. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the Giving Institute 2025 November Meetings. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, Giving Institute is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance. The Giving Institute registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor. Registration and attendance at or participation in the GI 2025 November Meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GI's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events activities.
